These donation conditions apply to every online donation that is made to STIWOT via www.stiwot.nl, one-off or recurring. On this website the donor is asked to accept these donation terms and conditions by ticking a box. STIWOT reserves the right to change the donation conditions in the interim.
Rights and obligations of STIWOT
Every payment made by a donor via www.stiwot.nl will fully benefit STIWOT and will be used by STIWOT for innovations, improvements and expansions. This is a destination that is in line with STIWOT's mission and vision. Refunds are not possible. STIWOT takes appropriate measures to secure the transfer of data in the context of this promotion. Persons who are authorized to inspect these data on behalf of STIWOT are bound by confidentiality thereof, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
Rights and obligations of the donor
The donor cannot derive any rights from a donation other than that STIWOT will use the donation for innovations, improvements and expansions. To be able to make a donation, the donor must have reached the age of 16 years. The donor is obliged to provide his / her name and identity correctly. The donor will make the donation with means that he / she has access to and control.
Donation options
The donor has the choice of making a one-time donation of a predetermined or self-selected amount, or a monthly recurring donation, which also offers the option of choosing an amount.
Cancellation of recurring donation
The donor reserves the right to stop the monthly donation, with a notice period of the current month. Refunds on the donation amount of the current month are not possible. If the donor wishes to stop the donation, STIWOT must be contacted via the contact form.
Privacy
STIWOT processes the personal data provided by the donor in accordance with all applicable legal regulations, including in particular the regulations set by or pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These personal data are processed by STIWOT for the purpose of settling donations as referred to in these conditions, as well as to be able to comply with legal obligations. STIWOT does not make the data of its donors available to third parties.
Legal
Only Dutch law applies to your donation and these donation conditions. The disclaimer on the STIWOT website is fully applicable.
